Terms and Conditions
Payments – For Single headshots, the full payment is required upon booking.
For larger groups a 30% deposit of the total price is due upon booking. Your Session will not be confirmed until complete.
The remaining balance is due before the images can be released. Images will not be released without remaining balance being paid.
Digital images will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session to allow for editing time. If the CLIENT requires a specific turn around time, please discuss with me at the time of booking.
High Resolution Files – Where the ownership of the high-resolution digital files (negatives) are included with the package/purchased, you agree to assume full responsibility for the care and condition of said digital files. I recommend storing copies in several locations, including off site storage. Branding By Hollie is not responsible for the colour reproduction of enlargements from these files that been taken to non-professional and/or consumer type labs. I will keep a copy of your chosen files for 6 months once delivered. I cannot guarantee to have them past this date.
Re-Shoots - Reshooting is at my discretion. Reshoots will not be given for reasons such as poor choice of clothing, make-up, hair or by not following my recomendations.
Editing - All images will be edited to Branding By Hollie style as shown on the website & social media. I will not release unedited/RAW images under any circumstances. If you require bespoke editing, this can be discussed and would incur an additional cost.
Personal recording/Behind the scenes - I am happy for you to take videos if we are working together, please ask permission before doing so. I would ask that you tag me in these when posted.
Locations - I have a studio based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire which can be used or I can travel to location which will be factored into your price.
Contract - You will be provided with a quote and contract after our call outlining everything you require with my Terms & Conditions. This must be signed before the work can be done or amendments can be made where necessary.
Archive - As stated above, images will be held for up to 6 months. After this date I cannot guarantee to have the images. I cannot be held responsible for any images lost or damaged once received by the client. It is solely your responsibility to back up and store your images.
Permits – The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits required for photo locations and to make arrangements to have said permit available.
Copyright/Usage – I will retain the copyright of the photographs and permission is hereby given for me to use these photos for future advertising, studio display, competition, exhibits and/or reproduction. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, alter, apply filters, sell or publish any image created without my written consent.
Studio Liability – The studio is insured and I will take the utmost care with respect to safety during the session. I am not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The CLIENT is responsible for themselves and their staff, releasing me from any claims against themselves or the business.
Fees – Bank Transfer and Cash payments available. No cheques.
